Choosing the Right Business Entity

Choosing the Right Business Entity – WisOwners Lunch & Learn

Cautionary wisdom to select the right entity for your business
by Jennifer Walther

Do not chose the right entity for your business by guessing what is behind door number 1.

-Are you operating your business in the right form?
-Have people been giving you conflicting advice about what is the right form for your business?
-What difference does it all make anyway; can’t I just make my product or sell my service without worrying about all these silly details?

The way that a business is set up is often as important as how it is run and the choice of business entity often has a huge influence on the eventual success or failure of that business. Make sure you are operating your business in a form that is the most beneficial for you.

During our time together you will:

-Learn the different legal forms a business may take.

-Understand the basics behind the drivers for choosing the legal form: Tax; Liability; and Entity Functionality.

-Learn how to give birth to and parent your baby (business).

Register now if you want to make sure you are optimizing your business success. Join us to learn what business entity options are available to you.
