Learn the basics behind the drivers for choosing the right business entity with our expert, Jennifer S. Walther.
Jennifer S. Walther is a shareholder with the law firm of Mawicke & Goisman, S.C. She works with companies as a trusted advisor to counsel companies and help them implement preventive measures to avoid larger problems and minimize liability. Ms. Walther received her B.A. degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 1986 and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1990. Ms. Walther frequently conducts seminars and training sessions for various organizations and is the author of numerous articles on legal issues. In addition to being a part-owner of her own business, Ms. Walther has served on numerous boards helping guide organizations through strategic initiatives.
