About Us
Wisconsin Business Owners, formerly known as the “Communicators Networking Group” is a loose affiliation of business owners based in Southeastern Wisconsin. WBO is comprised of business owners, from new to seasoned veterans.
We meet for a fantastic lunch buffet once a month to share experiences and referrals. The group is informal. Our businesses vary, though we have a concentration of technology and marketing owners. We all do our 30-second elevator pitch, talk, enjoy a great meal and listen to a presenter for fifteen or twenty minutes.
We encourage “networking”, but that is strictly informal. We have NO quotas on leads or referrals to be given - we simply get to know one another as resources in our own areas of expertise.
The only requirement to attend is that you are a Business Owner or an individual seeking to start their own business.
The cost for the luncheon meeting is as follows:
- $20 (credit card) with advance reservations or $30 (cash) at the event for the all-you-can-eat buffet lunch with sous chef, salad bar, desert, soft beverage and gratuity.
- $15 (credit card) with advance reservations or $20 (cash) at the event for Salad bar and soft beverage only.
To be listed here as an active member just show up for at least 1/2 of the meetings and provide the info for your listing.
Members are encouraged to bring other business owners as guests.
